This champagne cooler from Bar Professional is a deep, semicircular tub made of polished stainless steel on a sturdy stand—the classic shape you know from hotel lobbies and weddings. Measuring 34 cm in diameter and 22 cm high, it holds several bottles of bubbly along with a generous layer of ice. Because the tub is raised on a stand, the rim is at a comfortable height, allowing you to lift out a bottle without bending over. The polished surface catches the light and instantly gives your buffet or reception table a festive look—whether at drinks, a reception, or a dinner where the first round of champagne gets the celebration started.
Room for more than one bottle
The depth of the tub means bottles sit deep in the ice water, with most of their length submerged. This cools them faster and more evenly than when only the bottom is in the ice, and your bottles remain at serving temperature even after an hour. If you want to use the cooler for presentation only, it works just as well for chilled beer bottles, soft drinks, or an ice bath for oysters.
