The muddler is the tool used to bring out a cocktail’s flavor. With this Bar Professional version, you can press lime wedges, gently bruise mint leaves, and crush sugar cubes without damaging the glass. The model is made entirely of stainless steel and measures 26.5 cm, allowing you to comfortably reach the bottom even in a tall highball glass or shaker tin. The handle feels solid and balanced in the hand, while the rounded head distributes pressure evenly, so you bruise the herbs instead of grinding them.

With a mojito, it’s all about releasing the essential oils in the mint without tearing the leaves and making them bitter. A short twisting motion is enough.
