Baileys Belgian Chocolate
Irish cream with chocolate · thick, velvety smooth and even more of a dessert than the Original. Sip it neat after dinner or shake it into a Chocolate Martini.

Dessert in a bottle
Baileys Belgian Chocolate combines Baileys Irish cream with Belgian chocolate. The result is aromatic and velvety smooth, with a rich texture reminiscent of melted chocolate. It’s made to enjoy with dessert, or as dessert itself.
There are two clear differences from other Baileys. It has 15.7% alcohol instead of 17%, and comes in a 50 cl bottle. The chocolate makes it richer and thicker, so it’s best poured into small glasses rather than a large tumbler.
In brief
Full, thick and chocolatey
Melted chocolate
Rich chocolate with sweet cream, like a pan of hot chocolate.
Velvety smooth
Thick and full-bodied, with a rich chocolate flavor that lingers longer than the Original.
Long and sweet
A long, smooth finish of chocolate and cream. You can barely taste the 15.7% alcohol.
Baileys Belgian Chocolate tastes best lightly chilled. Too cold, and it becomes syrupy and loses its aroma.
After dinner, with dessert
Belgian Chocolate is a digestif. Pour a small serving, chilled but not ice-cold, ideally alongside something sweet.
Neat in a liqueur glass
40 ml lightly chilled Belgian Chocolate in a small liqueur glass, alongside coffee or dessert. This is the best way to appreciate the chocolate.
Liqueur glasses →Chocolate Martini
50 ml Belgian Chocolate with 30 ml vodka and 15 ml sugar syrup, shaken with ice and strained into a coupe. Finish with chocolate shavings.
Martini glasses →In hot chocolate
30 ml Belgian Chocolate in a mug of hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream. Double chocolate for cold evenings.
Irish coffee glasses →Dessert cocktails with Belgian Chocolate
Think cocktails that already taste like dessert: cream, cacao, mint and coffee.

Grasshopper
Crème de menthe, crème de cacao and cream. With Belgian Chocolate instead of cream, it tastes like a mint chocolate.
Brandy Alexander
Cognac, crème de cacao and cream with nutmeg. A dash of Belgian Chocolate gives it more depth.
Blowjob shot
Amaretto and Irish cream with whipped cream. The chocolate version makes it a little chocolate truffle.
