The 40 cl Urban tumbler is made of SAN plastic: as clear as glass, yet shatter-resistant and lightweight in the hand. The straight, slightly tapered shape makes the tumblers easy to stack, so they take up hardly any space behind the bar or in storage. SAN is not disposable plastic. The manufacturer guarantees up to 500 washes in an industrial dishwasher, allowing the tumbler to last for years and significantly reducing your waste stream. The material also remains clear and does not yellow quickly, so your guests are not served worn-out tumblers. We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packed with extra protective material, so it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box, so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If the glasses nevertheless arrive damaged, please let us know. Our team will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the broken glass.
