This Bar Professional stirring stick is 20 cm long and ends in a flat disc—exactly what you need to stir a drink without crushing your ingredients. Its length is designed for tall glasses: it reaches the bottom of a long drink or highball glass, mixing sugar, syrup, or purée throughout the drink in one motion. Use the disc to gently press citrus slices, mint, or fresh fruit, releasing their flavor and oils without pulverizing the fibers.
Stir and gently muddle in one motion
While a regular bar spoon is mainly used for stirring, the flat disc also lets you press ingredients down. This makes the stick versatile behind a busy bar: you do not need to reach for a second tool and can work through your order list faster. The stick is made of stainless steel, so it will not bend, discolor, or retain the flavor of the previous cocktail. The smooth shaft sits securely in your hand, even with wet fingers. After use, rinse the stick by hand in lukewarm soapy water and dry it afterward to prevent water spots from forming on the stainless steel.
