With these dried grapefruit slices from the Frona range by Bar Professional, you can add a complete garnish to your glass in one simple step. The slices are slowly dried, preserving the grapefruit's bright pink color and fresh, bitter aroma. You no longer need a cutting board, knife, or fresh fruit: simply take a slice from the package and place it on the rim or let it float in the drink. The package contains 100 grams, enough for approximately 35 garnishes when using one slice per glass.
