With the Bar Professional Classic Soda Siphon, you can make your own sparkling water behind the bar in an instant. The siphon has an elegant glass bottle with a sleek white head and a capacity of 1 liter — enough for a whole round of long drinks or spritzes. Fill it with tap or bottled water, insert a CO2 cartridge, and press exactly as many bubbles into the glass as you like. This lets you adjust the carbonation of your sodas, tonics, and highballs entirely to your own taste.
Why use a soda siphon behind your bar?
A siphon gives you control. You make sparkling water only when you need it, so your drinks always reach the table fresh and lively. The glass reservoir lets you see immediately how much is left and also looks great on the bar or buffet. This model is designed for professional use and will last for years with normal maintenance. CO2 cartridges are not included, allowing you to choose the cartridges you are accustomed to.

We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box, so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If the glasses nevertheless arrive damaged, please let us know. Our team will always provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the broken glass.
