Jim Beam Honey
Jim Beam bourbon blended with smooth honey liqueur. Sweet, warm and full, with honey and vanilla layered over caramel and oak. Ideal with ginger ale, alongside dessert, or with a cup of coffee.

Bourbon and honey in one bottle
Jim Beam Honey is a blend of naturally smooth honey liqueur and Jim Beam's Kentucky straight bourbon. The liqueur brings honey and vanilla, while the bourbon adds caramel and oak. Together, they make a full-sweet drink with an oily, rounded body.
The liqueur brings the alcohol percentage down compared with regular bourbon: 32.5% instead of 40%. That makes it smoother and more approachable, but also noticeably sweeter. Don't think of it as a substitute for White Label in an Old Fashioned, but as a drink in its own right: ice-cold, with ginger ale, or as a digestif with coffee.

How to pour Jim Beam Honey
Honey is sweet enough to drink neat and smooth enough to mix. These three serves always work.
Honey & ginger ale
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in 40 ml of Jim Beam Honey, and top up with 120 ml of ginger ale. The ginger cuts through the sweetness, while the honey softens the ginger.
Highball glasses →On the rocks, with dessert
Pour 40 ml over a few ice cubes in a tumbler. Enjoy with apple pie, pecan pie, or a piece of cheese as a sweet end to dinner.
Tumblers →Ice-cold as a shot
Put the bottle in the freezer for a few hours and pour 20 ml into a shot glass. The cold makes the honey taste sharper and less sweet.
Shot glasses →Cocktails that call for honey
