The La Rochère Venus coupe is a 26 cl ice cream coupe with a wavy rim and a short, sturdy stem, made from French pressed glass. You get six coupes per pack.
For ice cream, sorbet and dessert
The 26 cl capacity holds two or three scoops of ice cream with some fruit and whipped cream, but the coupe is just as suitable for sorbet, tiramisu, trifle or a serving of yogurt with granola. The wavy rim and faceted pattern immediately give a dessert a festive look. The coupes are stackable, so they fit easily in the cupboard. La Rochère has been making glass in France since 1475.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

La Rochère
La Rochère werd in 1475 gesticht in het buurtschap La Rochère, in de Haute Saône in het oosten van Frankrijk, en is daarmee de oudste glasblazerij van Frankrijk die nog werkt. Het huis maakt geperst glas, een techniek waarbij het reliëf bij het vormen in het glas wordt gedrukt. Zo ontstond Abeille, het bijenmotief waaraan het merk over de hele wereld te herkennen is.
In de praktijk kies je La Rochère als je iets op tafel wilt dat meteen opvalt en toch gewoon in gebruik blijft. De kleur zit in de massa van het glas en gaat er in de vaatwasser dus niet af, wat amber, blauw en groen bruikbaar maakt voor dagelijks gebruik. Naast Abeille staan Ouessant, Lyonnais en Périgord in de volledige La Rochère collectie.
