The black version of the Speakeasy Cocktail Set instantly gives your bar a sleek, modern look. The matte black finish is applied to 304-grade stainless steel, so underneath the coating is solid barware that is resistant to corrosion and intensive use. The gift box contains a Boston shaker set, a Hawthorn strainer, a Julep strainer, a bar spoon with trident top, and a 25/50 ml double jigger. With these tools, you can prepare virtually any classic cocktail without needing to buy anything else.
Black barware in practice
Black-coated barware is popular in speakeasy bars and dark interiors because it reflects less light and looks more understated from the guest's perspective. Keep in mind that you should wash this set by hand and dry it thoroughly afterward; this keeps the coating even for years. Do not use abrasive products or harsh cleaners, and the finish will stay looking great.
