Sourz Raspberry
One fruit, bright and distinctive: raspberry, with a fresh, tart finish that balances the sweetness. Delicious as a shot, but especially useful in cocktails where raspberry takes center stage.

Raspberry, and nothing else
While Red Berry is a blend of red fruits, Sourz Raspberry focuses on just one: raspberry. The flavor is distinctive and full, and, as with every Sourz, a tart finish follows to balance the sweetness. Its alcohol content is 15%, the same as the rest of the range.
That makes it more versatile than you might expect from a shot liqueur. As a shot, it's fresh and easy to drink, but in a cocktail it does the work of raspberry syrup and a splash of citrus at the same time. Add soda or prosecco for a light, pink spritz in seconds.
At a glance
Juicy, tart and bright
Fresh raspberry
A clear aroma of ripe raspberries, slightly candy-like, with no noticeable alcohol.
Full of fruit
Juicy and full of raspberry flavor, sweet at first, then fresh and tart. Less sweet than Red Berry.
Fresh, tart finish
The tart finish Sourz is known for, short and clean. It makes you want another sip right away.

Three ways to serve Sourz Raspberry
Raspberry is the Sourz that’s easiest to mix into a proper cocktail.
Raspberry spritz
Pour 30 ml Sourz Raspberry into a chilled coupe and top up with 90 ml cold prosecco. Add a raspberry and it’s ready: a quick aperitif without a shaker.
Coupes →With soda and lemon
40 ml Raspberry, 10 ml lemon juice, and 150 ml soda in a highball glass filled with ice. Fresh, light, and much less sweet than with 7-Up.
Highball glasses →Ice-cold as a shot
3 cl straight from the freezer in a chilled shot glass. The tart raspberry makes it one of the brand’s freshest shots.

In these recipes, Raspberry replaces raspberry liqueur or raspberry syrup. Add less sugar, since it’s already sweet.

French Martini
Vodka, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice, shaken hard for a layer of foam. Raspberry makes it fresher.
Clover Club
Gin, lemon, raspberry, and egg white. Raspberry replaces the raspberry syrup and adds a sour edge.
Raspberry Lemon Drop
Vodka, lemon, and sugar with a sugar rim. A splash of Raspberry makes it a pink variation.
Raspberry Kir Royale
Usually made with crème de cassis and champagne; with Raspberry and prosecco, it becomes a tarter, fresher version.More Sourz flavors
