Pallini Limonzero alcohol-free
Alcohol-free limoncello, from the same family that has made regular Pallini since 1875. An infusion of Amalfi Coast lemon peel, fresh and sweet, made for a spritz everyone at the table can enjoy.

Lemon peel, but without alcohol
Pallini Limonzero is the alcohol-free alternative to limoncello. It uses the same kind of lemon as regular Pallini: the peel of lemons from the Amalfi Coast, with protected designation of origin. An infusion is made from the peel, which, together with water, sugar, natural flavoring, and a little citric acid, makes the drink. It contains 0% alcohol.
Because it contains no alcohol, Limonzero is neither a liqueur nor as syrupy as limoncello. It tastes clean and fresh, and its color gives it away too: not completely clear, but a soft yellow-green, like freshly squeezed lemon juice. Since there’s no alcohol to preserve it, a preservative has been added.
In brief
Pure lemon, without the warmth
Fresh lemon
A pure lemon scent of zest and juice, with no added fragrances to overpower the lemon.
Fresh and sweet
Clean and fresh, with the sweetness of limoncello but without the stickiness. You miss the warmth of the alcohol; the lemon takes its place.
Short and fresh
A short, fresh finish. With sparkling water or alcohol-free bubbles, it becomes drier and more lingering.
Flavor profile of Pallini Limonzero when served ice-cold. Mixed into a spritz, it’s less sweet and fresher.
How to serve Limonzero

50 ml Pallini Limonzero, 100 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine, and a splash of sparkling water in a large wine glass full of ice, with a slice of lemon. The alcohol-free counterpart to the limoncello spritz.
Alcohol-free spritz →Ice-cold over ice
Pour 4 to 5 cl straight from the fridge over a few ice cubes in a small glass. An alcohol-free alternative to a little glass of limoncello after dinner.
Glass: small glass →With sparkling water
40 ml Limonzero with 160 ml sparkling water in a tall glass full of ice, with a sprig of mint. Homemade lemon lemonade with a grown-up bitter note from the peel.
Highball glasses →Mocktails with Pallini Limonzero
There’s no alcohol in these recipes. Limonzero replaces the sugar syrup and some of the lemon juice, and brings the aroma of Amalfi lemons.

Virgin Mojito
Mint, lime, and sparkling water. A splash of Limonzero instead of sugar adds a citrus note.
