A summer edition that isn’t always available
Cîroc Summer Watermelon is a limited edition from Cîroc’s summer range. It tastes of delicate, natural watermelon. Beneath that is the vodka the brand is known for: made from French grapes, including Mauzac Blanc from Gaillac, and distilled five times. That fresh, bright base pairs well with watermelon, which is naturally light and sweet with a hint of wateriness.
As a limited edition, Summer Watermelon isn’t available all year round. If you spot a bottle, it’s mainly meant for long, cold drinks on a warm day. Cîroc has its own serve, with lemonade, soda and cranberry; you’ll find it below.

Watermelon is a subtle flavor. Keep the mix light, with plenty of ice and a touch of acidity from lime or cranberry.
The official serve
Add 40 ml Cîroc Summer Watermelon, 20 ml lemonade, 40 ml soda water, and 10 ml cranberry juice over ice in a long drink glass. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a lime wedge.

Muddle half a lime, cut into wedges, with 2 teaspoons of cane sugar in a tumbler, add crushed ice, and pour 50 ml of Summer Watermelon over it. Stir well.

Put the bottle in the freezer for a few hours and pour 2 cl into a chilled shot glass, with a piece of fresh watermelon on the side.
