Copper and tiki belong together. This Bar Professional stirrer from the Speakeasy Premium Collection combines both: an 18 cm stainless steel shaft with a copper finish and a pineapple topper. Use it to stir rum serves, punches, and tropical long drinks, then leave it in the glass as a garnish. The warm copper color catches the light in a way silver does not, making the drink stand out immediately on a full serving tray.
Which drinks to use it for
Think of a Mai Tai with dark rum, a Jungle Bird, a Painkiller, or a simple rum and ginger. Wherever you work with caramel, coconut, or passion fruit notes, copper enhances the presentation. It also pairs naturally with a Moscow Mule in a copper mug. At 18 cm, it reaches the bottom of hurricane glasses and tiki mugs, so syrup and juice actually mix into the drink instead of remaining at the bottom. The shaft is sturdy enough to stir through crushed ice without bending.
Care and collection
The copper layer is a coating over stainless steel. Wash it by hand in lukewarm soapy water and dry it immediately with a cloth; the dishwasher and harsh cleaners can damage the finish.
