With this bamboo glass rimmer, you can give a cocktail glass a rim of salt or sugar in one motion. The three compartments hold lime juice, salt, and sugar, allowing you to moisten the glass rim first and then dip it into the garnish.
A perfect rim in two steps.
First rotate the glass rim through the compartment with lime juice, then through the salt or sugar; this gives you an even, professional rim for a margarita or a crusta. The three compartments keep everything separate. This model can be found in the Bar Professional series.
