The Parisian shaker from the Speakeasy Premium Collection is the two-piece shaker that many bartenders prefer to work with. No strainer, no third component: place the top on the cup, shake, and pour using your own strainer. The black finish gives it a sleek, understated appearance that works well in a dark bar or with a modern cocktail menu. With a capacity of 650 ml, you can comfortably make one generous or two smaller cocktails at a time. Its weight immediately feels different from that of entry-level shakers: it sits firmly in the hand and seals tightly, even when the ice causes the contents to expand.
Material and care
The shaker is made of 304 stainless steel, a grade that is highly resistant to corrosion and retains the cold for a long time. The black layer is a coating, so wash the shaker by hand with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. This keeps the finish looking beautiful and prevents the wear marks that could develop in the dishwasher.
