The Parisian shaker from Bar Professional’s Speakeasy line is the most elegant of the three classic shaker styles. It consists of two parts, a cup and a cap, that flow seamlessly into each other along a clean line. This makes it quick and smooth to use: close it in one movement, shake, and pull the cap off again. In the gold-colored finish, it also becomes an eye-catching feature on your back bar. With a capacity of 65 cl, you can easily make two cocktails at once, including enough ice for proper dilution and chilling.
Built for everyday use
The shaker is made of 304 stainless steel, the quality found in professional kitchens because it is highly resistant to corrosion and acids from citrus fruits. The wall is deliberately made somewhat heavier, giving the shaker a solid feel in your hand and preventing the cold from reaching your fingers too quickly. Wash it by hand and dry it immediately afterward to keep the gold-colored finish looking its best for years. It is not dishwasher-safe.
