The Portofino is the largest wine cooler in the Bar Professional range: a stainless steel bowl with a diameter of 55 cm and a height of 43 cm. It holds ten bottles, and with a little rearranging, even more. Use it as a central cooling point at a reception, wedding, or tasting, where guests can take a bottle themselves without someone constantly having to go to the refrigerator. Two sturdy handles on the sides also allow two people to move it when it is full.
Presentation and cooling in one
The polished steel reflects the light and immediately adds allure to your buffet, while the material also retains the cold from the ice. Stainless steel is virtually indestructible compared with glass or plastic: no cracks, no discoloration, and afterward, a cloth is all you need to restore its mirror finish. Because the bowl is open, the labels on your bottles remain visible, which is convenient when you let your guests choose for themselves.
