With the Bar Professional Glass Rimmer, you can create a clean rim on any cocktail glass in three moves. The station has three separate, labeled compartments: one for lime juice, one for sugar, and one for salt. First dip the rim of the glass in the liquid, then in the sugar or salt — done. The compartments slide, so you can open only the layer you need while keeping the rest covered. This keeps your sugar dry and your salt clean, even on a warm evening.

Hand-rimming often produces an uneven rim: too thick on one side, or sugar extending halfway down the glass. The flat base and even layer in this station ensure that every glass looks the same, even when three different people are working behind the bar.
